Here at Thistles, we aim to make the customer experience as accessible as possible for our shoppers.

Our centre offers a number of facilities and additional services which aim to assist our shoppers who may need a little more time to shop or require an extra hand.

We also welcome guide and assistance dogs.

On arrival, two out of the three main entrances are step free for easy access for wheelchair users while all stores have step free entrances. In addition to this, many stores have lifts available to aid access to additional floors.

Our disabled toilets are located next to Sports Direct.

Our T2 Car Park is open and provides 45 disabled parking spaces.

Shopmobility is now open Monday 10am to 4pm, Wednesday 10am to 4pm and Friday 10am to 4pm offer wheelchairs should you require one.

You will need to register at the Shopmobility unit located on the lower level at the bus station entrance – you will need to bring ID for this.

Costs for rental are as below:

Stirling Resident: £5 to join and £1 per hour
Non-resident – £5 to join and £1.50 per hour
