Our dedicated Guest Services team are on hand to help and make sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable visit with us.
You can find the team at the Information Desk located between Lush and Beaverbrooks.

All of our Guest Services team are first aid trained so you can rest assured you will be taken care of in the unlikely event of an accident or emergency.
Lifts and Escalators
We have three sets of lifts to help you get around the centre. They are located near to Primark, Debenhams Café and Boots. Escalators can be found near the Bus Station and Debenhams Café.
Need to spend a penny?
Currently, our toilets located next to Zara remain open and include disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.
There are several cash machines located in the centre including across from Primark, beside and across from M&S and beside HSBC.
Our lost property is held at Centre Management, near the Bus Station. You can also ask our lovely Guest Services team if you have lost any valuables.
Say Cheese – Passport Photo Booth
You can find a booth to have passport photographs taken located at our bus station entrance
Bureau De Change
Get ready for your travels with Bureau De Change facilities in M&S and the Post Office (within WH Smith).
Here at Thistles, we aim to make the customer experience as accessible as possible for our shoppers.
Things may look a little bit different this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, with physical distancing measures in place. We continue to monitor the situation along with the Scottish Government’s guidelines closely.
Our centre offers a number of facilities and additional services which aim to assist our shoppers who may need a little more time to shop or require an extra hand.
On arrival, two out of the three main entrances are step free for easy access for wheelchair users while all stores have step free entrances. In addition to this, many stores have lifts available to aid in access to additional floors.
Our disabled toilets are located next to Zara.
Shopmobility is currently CLOSED.
Our T2 Car Park is open and provides 45 disabled parking spaces.
Click and Collect
You Click…and then Collect from us…it’s that simple! Order online or instore and collect at your convenience. Some stores offer home delivery too.
Click & Collect means you can browse on your laptop, tablet or phone and order in your own time. Many stores at the centre also allow you to return unwanted items free of charge and they will often have things delivered to The Thistles for you, or direct to your door.

If your Thistles Gift Card is due to expire during lockdown whilst the centre is closed, please contact our Gift Card provider Customer Service team on 0121 268 3210 who will be able to help you.

You can load the card with any amount from £5 and the lucky recipient doesn’t have to spend the full balance in only one store; they can use the card in numerous stores until the balance is zero.
Gift cards can be spent at most stores within the centre, the only stores not currently accepting the gift card include, Greggs and Sainsburys.
