THISTLES, STIRLING CELEBRATES NATIONAL GRANDPARENTS DAY WITH BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH PARTY

Thistles, Stirling celebrated National Grandparents Day with a special Bottomless Brunch (tea, of course!) in the centre.

Grandchildren were invited to BYOG (Bring Your Own Grandparent) to the party where they designed their own greeting cards whilst grandparents enjoyed free tea and cupcakes. Entertainment was provided courtesy of a live band who played tea dance music.

Amongst the guests were grandmother Moira Porteous with granddaughter Rachel King (aged 6) from Polmont, Falkirk.

Speaking about the event, Gary Turnbull, Centre Director, Thistles, Stirling said;

“What a wonderful day. Grandparents are the best and we loved welcoming so many families to our Bottomless Brunch in their honour. Thank you to everyone who came along.”
